Day 161;
Dec 8-We’ve made note of various holidays. Today is the Buddhist holiday
known as Bodhi Day, the day Buddhists say Buddha gained enlightenment. In a
way, poets explore their own form of enlightenment, inspiration, or what have
you. Here is a poem called Enlightened.
Enlightened
InspiredReaching heights
Reaching out
Heavenward.
