Day 107:

Oct 15-Acrostic Sonnet, first letters make a phrase. Title: A Golden Silence
A golden silence beckons me to walk,
Galoshes grabbing earth before we seek
Of love, of peace, and we could only talk.
Line up the senses, scenery to peek.
Defensive nostrils, sneezing is your due.
Entirely covered nerves and skin depend
Not once but constant warms you through and through.
Serene the sound that carries out to send.
Indict the palette, tasting bright your role.
Laid up oh silence, that delightful pause,
Enhance the scene, yea presently the goal.
Not far from Heaven’s gates defends the cause.
Contain the peaceful sun and make it stay
Entrance the soul, you golden silent ray.
