Title: Life
What’s life without knowing one can die?
How does one know pleasure without pain?
Contrasts weigh in, the truth with a lie
There is sunshine and also the rain.

One is born, then dies, on this rely
Mortality belongs to all
So what can one do? Do we just sigh?
Remember the words and heed the call
What’s life without knowing one can die?

Life moves on, lumbering like a train
To live is to suffer, that is seen
Take pleasure in what does remain
Learn wisdom, survive with wit still keen
How does one know pleasure without pain?

Eternity calls, behold its’ cry
The soul is not for this earth alone
Destruction beckons, this fact imply
Prepare for the future, from sin atone
Contrasts weigh in, the truth with a lie

Balance in life, without it’s insane
Observe both good and bad, health and ill
Love and hate, chaos, order remain
Make the best in the moments you fill
There is sunshine and also the rain.
